Métis Nation of AlbertaChristine Moore is a finance and governance leader with over 25 years of experience in accounting, cash flow management, and corporate strategy. She holds the Accredited Director (Acc.Dir.) designation from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada and is known for advancing financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and compliance in complex organizations.
She is the Vice President of Finance for the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB), where she leads financial strategy to support the growth of a strong Indigenous economy.
Christine also serves as a Council Member of the Reporting & Assurance Standards Oversight Council (RASOC), which oversees Canada’s four standard-setting boards in the public interest.
In the nonprofit sector, she is Board Chair of the Jessica Martel Memorial Foundation and President of Caregivers Alberta. She is the past Treasurer of enCompass Community Safety Agency and a former Director of the Alberta Council of Women’s Shelters.
Christine also contributes to municipal economic development as a member of Strathcona County’s Economic Development Advisory Committee.
She is a citizen of the Métis Nation of Alberta.
