This document is Part 1, and provides direction for provincial government staff responsible for completing and/or approving assessments under the Cumulative Effects Framework. It defines provincial standards and expectations for Cumulative Effects Assessment, including selecting values, components and indicators for assessment; collating data and trend information; defining and approving management triggers; completing assessments for current and future condition; and reporting products.
