Curtis Tooke
Curtis Tooke is a proud husband, father, and member of the Red River MÃĐtis. He currently resides with his family in win-nip, within Treaty One Territory. Committed to giving back to his community, he has shaped his leadership style around mentors who demonstrate strong integrity, respect, courage, and a sense of responsibility.

He is very excited about the work ICCE does for First Nations, Inuit, and MÃĐtis communities across Turtle Island. Curtis joins the team with a strong background in strategy, transformation, finance, audit, governance, compliance, and risk management. He has held progressive leadership roles in both private and public organizations across the technology, financial services, and supply chain sectors. He has also co-owned two startups and thrives on innovation and collaboration.
Currently, he holds a senior management position within the Global Operational Risk team at Scotiabank in Tkaronto, where he enjoys volunteering as a mentor to Indigenous leaders in financial services through their iLEAD program. He was honoured to support the launch of Cedar Leaf Capital last year and to take part in the TMX bell-ringing ceremony celebrating its debut as Canadaâs first Indigenous-owned and -led investment dealer. A partnership between Scotiabank, Nch’áļĩayĖÂ Development Limited Partnership, Des Nedhe Financial LP, and the Chippewas of Rama First Nation, it aims to significantly boost access to capital markets for Indigenous communities and businesses in the future.

Lily-Anne Mt Pleasant
Lily-Anne (Lily) Mt Pleasant is a Kanienkehaâka (Mohawk) woman from Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation in Southern Ontario. She studied International Business in London and Paris and graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management in 2018. Since returning to her community in 2018, Lily has primarily worked in finance â holding positions at the Royal Bank of Canada and in corporate finance with various First Nations-owned private businesses. She began at Six Nations Housing in March 2021 as a Financial Control Officer and was promoted to Senior Manager of Six Nations Housing in June 2022. Lily previously sat on the FNHPA Board of Directors and now works internally as FNHPAâs Financial Controller. She continues to live and work in her community, pursuing initiatives that contribute to the wellbeing of First Nations’ peoples.Â
Christine Moore
Christine Moore is a finance and governance leader with over 25 years of experience in accounting, cash flow management, and corporate strategy. She holds the Accredited Director (Acc.Dir.) designation from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada and is known for advancing financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and compliance in complex organizations.
She is the Vice President of Finance for the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB), where she leads financial strategy to support the growth of a strong Indigenous economy.
Christine also serves as a Council Member of the Reporting & Assurance Standards Oversight Council (RASOC), which oversees Canadaâs four standard-setting boards in the public interest.
In the nonprofit sector, she is Board Chair of the Jessica Martel Memorial Foundation and President of Caregivers Alberta. She is the past Treasurer of enCompass Community Safety Agency and a former Director of the Alberta Council of Womenâs Shelters.
Christine also contributes to municipal economic development as a member of Strathcona Countyâs Economic Development Advisory Committee.
She is a citizen of the MÃĐtis Nation of Alberta.
Christine brings a deep commitment to financial leadership, strong governance, and social impact across both corporate and public sectors.
